If it is not, type a header row in. ModularMail looks for a column called Email.

You should now have
A .csv file with one row per patient with an email address. It should have first name, last name and email.
If something looks different
- I do not see Patients With Email Addresses
- Use the full list instead. Go to Reports, Patients, Patient Master, click Process, set Marked As to Patient and Status to Active, then Preview Report and save as above. The file has many columns. Delete all but first name, last name and email.
- The file has patients with no email
- Delete those rows, or leave them. ModularMail skips rows with no valid email and tells you how many.
- The same email appears several times
- Families often share one address. ModularMail removes duplicates when you upload.
