If something looks different
- I cannot see Standard Reports
- Your user may not have permission to run reports. Ask your practice's Open Dental administrator.
- Many rows have no email
- Leave them. ModularMail skips rows with no valid email and tells you how many.
- I do not want to email some patients
- Open Dental's Patients report does not show who has opted out of email. Delete those rows from the file before you upload.
